Engine which by some miracle allowed for trip London – Rzeszow. In England apparently overhaul took place – as assured. Meanwhile inside of engine I found strange parts, for example connected rods from “mirafiori” , camshafts with well-worn cams etc.
Engine equipment elements as well as bolts have been cleaned and galvanized or powder painted.
Engine gets to a locksmith – block was aligned there because cylinder facet had no thresholds. Head has undergone complete renovation – exchange of valve kit, runners and support camshaft alignment. Camshafts made in mister Świątek place, with increased valve open times. Complete centrifugal team – shaft – flywheel – belt pulley dynamically balanced, mount kit of con rods and used pistons in good condition and size in tolerance.
Axial rods and piston pin bush exchanged, all balanced same as pistons. Classic head seal exchanged into steel seal from Cometic company. New Oil pomp with increased performance. Turbocharger like a new one, repaired in England.
After starting the engine purring nicely – I use this car for Sunday trips. Now it changed the owner, and it stays in Mazovian voivodeship.
